Any customer with less than 50,000 managed Toll Free numbers is qualified for Basic Service. Basic Service levels are based either on a limit of 10,000 transactions per month, or on the number of Toll Free numbers to be managed. The levels based on toll free number counts make some allowance for deleting old numbers and adding new ones, as defined below. All hardware, software and user administration is provided by CSF.
Any customer is qualified for Private Service, however, those customers with over 50,000 Toll Free numbers must chose a Private Service package. Private Service allows the user full access to all account information and does not require CSF administration. The customer may add, delete or change user ids, reset passwords, change their company profile, etc.
